Censor gave 'A" certificate to 'Accident on the hill road'

The film “Accident on the hill road” is normally a love story movie and has a small sexy scene nearly 1 minute 50 seconds, so censor board gave ‘A’ certificate. The debut director of this movie Mahesh Nair refused this certificate, I’m ready to explain about those scene and for the past few years so many movies were released with sexy scene including lip kissing scene I have not mentioned those movies name but censor board did not gave ‘A’ certificate to those movies then why give a different treatment to me?
